Yes, Hosts have an option between a free and a premium plan and it is always free for guests.
You provide an image and a description of your property that includes an offer. Guests will see the image and description as an email when your property is selected.
Technically, no. Since there is no cost to participate and all participants receive the deals it's not actually a lottery. We use the term lottery loosely since the deals you receive are selected at random.
